  • Information you submit through the contact form (full name, email, phone, message).
  • Technical data necessary for the website to function (essential cookies).
  • When you submit the form, we also store where you arrived from (first page, referring website, campaign tag), so that we know which contact channels work.
  • Visitor statistics via Google Analytics, only if you accept it.

3. Purpose & legal basis

Data is used solely to respond to your request and to communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. For statistics (Google Analytics), the legal basis is solely your consent.

4. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as required for the purpose of its collection and in accordance with our legal obligations.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, contact info@myelitech.gr.

6. Cookies

The website uses the following essential cookies:

  • PHPSESSID: security of the contact form and recording the first page of your visit. Deleted when you close your browser.
  • myt_lang: remembers the language you chose (1 year).
  • myt_pl: shows the loading screen only on the first page. Deleted when you close your browser.

Your cookie choice and display theme (light/dark) are stored only on your device.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) is loaded only if you click “Accept”. It records statistics such as pages visited, device type and approximate region, and uses its own cookies (e.g. _ga). If you click “Decline”, it is not loaded at all. To change your choice, clear this website’s data in your browser and the message will appear again. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Data Protection Authority

You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Customer reviews

Our website displays excerpts of public reviews from the Google platform, without names or any other identifying details of their authors. The full reviews, along with the authors' public profiles, are available directly on Google's platform, which acts as an independent data controller for that data.
